Petitioner seeks bail in Darbhanga Rail P.S. Case No.146 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 328, 307, 379, 411/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 20, 22 of the NDPS Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that the police found one person going with bag in suspicious condition from near the person, who was sleeping on the platform. The police apprehended that person, who disclosed his name as Md. Irshad @ Naushad. He confessed before the police that he has taken the bag of sleeping person after administering Trika tablet by mixing the same in tea. It is further alleged that apprehended

It is alleged that 5 Trika tablets have been recovered from house of this petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, in connection with Darbhanga Rail P.S. Case No.146 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
