The petitioner is accused in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 735 of 2018, registered under Sections 302, 120(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that deceased, Anand Kumar, son of the informant, Sumitra Devi, had love affairs with Shanti Kumari, daughter of the petitioner, resident of village Chordaha, P.S. Chauparan, District- Hazaribath and her son, Anand Kumar had gone to the house of his Moushi in the village Chordaha. On 18.11.2018, in the noon, information was received from Mohanpur Police Station situated in the District Gaya to Barachatti Police Station about lying dead body of a boy and

Thereafter, she went to Mohanpur Police Station then found the dead body of her son, Anand Kumar sustaining cut injury at his neck and the dead body of a girl was also found sustaining cut injury at her neck. On query, the girl was identified as Shanti Kumari, daughter of the petitioner. The informant raised suspicion about having hand of the petitioner in killing his son, Anand Kumar, due to love affairs of her son with the daughter of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is resident of District Hazaribath whereas the dead body of son of the informant was found under jurisdiction of Mohanpur Police Station situated in District Gaya but mere on suspicion, petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.05.2019 and the charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Sherghatti, in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 735 of 2018.
