ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2019, in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019, G.R. No. 689 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation that the petitioner had fired, no recovery of any arms or bullets has been found from the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that there is no firing with arms and no injury was caused by the accused persons.
