The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P. S. Case No.162 of 2018 registered under Sections 394 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence in which the allegation is that three persons came in the Customer Service Centre which was authorised by the State Bank of India and one of them took out pistol and fired causing injury to one Sudhir and the informant and they looted Rs.5 lakh and the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation on the basis of CCTV
