The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he resorted firing upon the informant causing firearm injury on his right leg.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and grudge. It is further submitted that from perusal of the injury report, it would be evident that the doctor has found

No.75292 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 abrasion on right leg joint above ankle and nature of injury is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance, which has not been corroborated by the allegation made in the F.I.R. The present case is counter blast of Bithan P.S. Case No.70 of 2022 lodged by the petitioner's side. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 71 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
