The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
At the very outset, to show his bona fide, learned counsel has been instructed by the petitioner, who is personally present in Court, has offered to pay maintenance amount of Rs.7000/- (Rupees seven thousand) per month to the opposite party no.2 for maintenance of his wife and three children.

No.69344 of 2019(5) dt.01-11-2021 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on provisional bail till disposal of the case, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner will continue to pay maintenance amount of Rs.7000/- from the month of November, 2021 and opposite party no. 2 shall share the bank account details to learned counsel for the petitioner in the court below so that the amount may be credited to the account of opposite party no. 2, as directed above. In case of default in payment of installment of maintenance, bail bond of the petitioner shall stand cancelled.
