2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 340(2) of the BNS and Sections 66(C), 66(D), 72 of the IT Act and Sections 38, 39, 40, 41 of Aadhar Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been involved in running a Common Service Center at the Block Development Office, Chhatpur, where he allegedly prepared forged fishing IDs, unlawfully altered Aadhaar details, including names and mobile numbers, and collected personal documents and fingerprints without authority, as detected by the informant during inspection and seizure.

Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that co-accused Shravan Kumar @ Shrvan Kumar, who was arrested first and named the petitioner, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 76682 of 2025. He has further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents of a similar nature. The petitioner has been in custody since 31.07.2025.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025, subject to the following conditions:-
6. That the petitioner shall cooperate in the expeditious disposal of the trial and shall regularly attend the court unless inevitable.
7. That the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly involve in any criminal activity.
8. In case of breach of above conditions by the petitioner, it will be open for the prosecution to move bail cancellation application before the Court concerned.
9. It is clarified that anything said in this order is

No.77802 of 2025(3) dt.05-01-2026 3/3 limited to the purpose of determination of this bail application and will in no way be construed as an expression on the merits of the case. The trial court shall be absolutely free to arrive at its independent conclusions on the basis of evidence led unaffected by anything said in this order.
10. The trial Court shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial of the petitioner expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
11. Before accepting the bail bond, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified and if, it is found that he is involved in any other case except the case(s), mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
