====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants on the point of pistol snatched bag containing Rs.3 lacs from the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has not been put on TIP till date. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Co-accused, with similar allegation, has already been allowed pre-arrest bail by a co-

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah Town Police Station Case No. 339 of 2019.
