The petitioner seeks regular bail in Paharkatta P.S. Case No. 118/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Section 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that Informant got information that her husband has been made injured by sharp weapon. Informant reached the place of occurrence and found her husband injured. Thereafter she took her husband to the hospital, where he died during the course of treatment. Informant has taken name of this petitioner and 14 other persons raising suspicion against them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that mere suspicion has been raised by the informant in the written

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67881 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 report. Six persons out of named persons have been granted bail vide order dated 26.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58210/2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kishanganj in connection with Paharkatta P.S. Case No. 118/2018., subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) vinita/- U T
