The petitioner seeks bail in Warisaliganj P.S.Case No.264 of 2018 registered under Section25(1-B) A/26 of the Arms Act and Section 37 (b) (c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one country made pistol and he was found in drunken condition. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be
