The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 853 of 2018 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he inflicted blow with farsa on head and co-accused Madha Pal with lathi to one Basmati Devi, wife of the informant and in course of treatment said Basmati Devi died, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.
