====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 13-11-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Admission' with the consent of the both the counsel.

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of a representation vide memo no. 293/25 dated 06.10.2025 before the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to consider the said representation and take necessary action strictly in accordance with law. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.18045 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 authority shall endeavour to dispose of the said representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
