JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Thakurganj Galgalia P.S. Case No.99 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that name of the petitioner transpired during investigation in a case instituted for theft of high tension conductor wire between tower no.275/3 and 275/4 by unknown thieves and the petitioner has been made accused in at least four other cases of identical nature, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
