2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that as the informant was returning home, he was being intercepted by three miscreants on a bike and on gun point, Rs. 12,000/-, driving license, aadhaar card, pan card, atm card and mobile were being snatched by them. The informant has stated that he can identify the culprits.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. During investigation, one Gaurav

The name of this petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of said Gaurav Kumar. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It has also been submitted that though the informant has claimed that he can identify the miscreants. Police has not conducted any TIP. Petitioner has been framed in this case due to his criminal antecedent. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 28.07.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya.
