It appears from the report dated 27.01.2020 that the court below has requested for further three months time to conclude the trial. We are in June, 2020 yet the trial has not been concluded.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court grants three months time from today to the court below to conclude the trial, failing which the court below shall release the petitioner if there is no lapse on his part in early conclusion of the trial on the terms and condition the court below may deem fit and proper.
