2. This writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following relief(s):

(I) To issue a direction to the respondents authority to complete the investigation of Singhaul P.S. Case No. 79 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 149, ,341, 324, 325, 504, 506 IPC where informant has tired & feel harassed for

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2335 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 not responding of proper investigation through respondent authorities.

(ii) To direct the respondents to held impartial investigation in Singhaul P.S. Case No. 79/24 by senior police officers of the District.

(iii) To direct the senior police authority to make appropriate action against the erring officials to Singhaul P.S. Case No. 79/24 dated 21.06.2024 DistrictBegusarai. (iv) To grant any other relief for which the petitioner is entitled with the facts and circumstances of the instant writ petition.

3. The petitioner is directed to approach the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai for redressal of his grievances and the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai will consider the representation of the petitioner and if he finds substance in the representation, appropriate protection shall be given to the petitioner.

4. This application is disposed of, however, it is clarified that this Court does not applied its mind to the facts of the case.
