====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Md. Ismil. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that no Test Identification Parade has been held.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 28.7.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67772 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S.
