Petitioner seeks bail in Sare P.S. Case No.89 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has been taken by co-accused, Vikram Kumar, in his confessional statement.

Petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
