2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4, 6 of the POCSO Act and Section 66(E), 67(A) of the Information and Technology Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have committed rape upon the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the informant; Mr. Ashok Jha has submitted that the trial is on the verge of conclusion and all the charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined.
