2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has made the representations (Annexure-P/1 & P/2) to the Executive Engineer, Road Division, Madhepura, Road Construction Department, Madhepura. i.e., respondent No. 6 herein ventilating his grievance, without going into merits or demerits

Patna High Court CWJC No.17686 of 2024(2) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The respondent No. 6 shall consider the representations and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.
