Learned counsel for the State submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and he has joined in service.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the State, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before respondent no.4/District Education Officer, Sheikhpura within a period of four weeks from today. The respondent no.4/District Education Officer, Sheikhpura is directed to pass a reasoned and

Patna High Court CWJC No.17431 of 2023 dt.03-01-2025 2/2 speaking order in light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.11029 of 2023 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 12.09.2023. The said order must be passed within a period of six weeks of receiving of such representation.

However, it is made clear that the respondent no.4/District Education Officer, Sheikhpura shall be held responsible for non-compliance of the present order within the stipulated time.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
