2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 476 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-420, 413, 414, 34, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, four accused persons came to the CSP of the informant with one ATM card and after false misrepresentation that the card was belonging to their mother, withdrew Rs. 75,000/- On suspicion, the informant demanded Adhar Card of their mother, to which, they denied.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one of the co-accused has been acquitted by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83648 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 trial court in Trial No. 1296 of 2022.

5. Two cases of similar nature are also lodged against the petitioner as disclosed in paragraph-3 of the application.

6. The co-accused who was acquitted, faced the trial and the case in respect of this petitioner lingered for considerable long period due to his absconding.

7. Considerations the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, I do not think it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

8. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
