Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner No. 2 is aged about 73 years and the petitioner No. 1 is son of petitioner No. 2. It is next submitted that the informant alleges that her daughter was kidnapped by the accused persons including the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioner No. 1 and victim were in love and they eloped and they performed their marriage; and out of the wedlock, two children were born. It is further submitted that on the date of occurrence, the age of the victim was 17 years something, but then the victim had reached the age of discretion. It is also submitted that informant, in order to coerce the entire family members into submissions, falsely implicated petitioner No. 2. It is submitted that victim came back and her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, wherein she has not supported the case of the prosecution. 5.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with
