2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)AA, 26(1)(2)/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been found running an illegal arms factory.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2025. The recovery supports the allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents of similar and serious nature.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
