The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 308, 379, 354B, 447, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 2 alongwith co-accused Santosh Sah are alleged to have assaulted the informant with Farsa and petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have snatched Mangalsutra from the neck of sister-in-law (Bhabhi) of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that on account of petty dispute, a quarrel took place between the parties. There is case and counter case. Case, lodged by the side of petitioners, is earlier in point of time. Both parties are co-sharers. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.518 of 2023(3) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Ist, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
