This application is for modification in the order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4149 of 2018 to the extent that father's name of the petitioner no.1 Ajay Kumar @

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74503 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 Dablu Kumar @ Dablu be corrected as Late Bahadur Singh in place of wrongly typed Prem Mahto.

Submission is that discrepancy cropped up for the reason that another co-accused namely Ajay Kumar, Son of Prem Mahto is also there in the F.I.R. However, Criminal Appeal (SJ) for bail was filed on behalf of Ajay Kumar @ Dablu Kumar @ Dablu, Son of Late Bahadur Singh.
