2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to demarcate the petitioner's land bearing description Mauza Bhelwara Dariyapur,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17819 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/3 Jamabandi No. 212140100033313 Khata No. 56, Khesra No.70, having area of 3.125 decimals for which application of demarcation is still pending before the office of Circle Officer, Block -Sampatchak, District-Patna but the same has not been disposed of till date.

(ii) for issuance of writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions, commanding and directing the Respondents no. 6 to disposed of the application filed by the petitioner named above bearing No, as case No. 2025-26/234 filed for demarcation and measurement of petitioner's land as the petitioner has already filed all requisite document and fees earlier prescribed in this regard.

(iii) for grant of any other relief/ reliefs for which the petitioner named above found entitled to under the facts and circumstances of this present case."

3. The petitioner has come before this Court with simple prayer to take steps for demarcation of land as recorded in the prayer portion.

4. Learned State counsel submits that the respondent no.6, the Circle Officer, Sampatchak, Patna ought to have taken up the matter and the assurance is that it will be concluded at an earliest.

5. Taking into account the words of the learned State counsel, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to submit a fresh petition alongwith the order of this Court before the respondent no.6, the Circle Officer, Sampatchak, Patna, who shall be taking up the matter, noticing all the parties, fixing a date and thereafter shall be taking appropriate steps in accordance with law.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
