2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 455 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Pappu Yadav conspired with Md. Chand for killing the deceased Raju Yadav. Raju Yadav provided the shooters and one of the shooter who has been found to be involved in the crime has been identified in the CCTV footage as Dharmendra @ Rohit S/o Md. Jamil.

4. The petitioner has been identified in the CCTV footage and a report has come from the court below that the trial shall be concluded within three months.

5. In these circumstances, it is not a fit case for grant of regular bail.
