Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ariari (Kasar) P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Informant has alleged that he and his son were going to attend the call of nature when accused open fired upon them and they started fleeing. Accused Gulshan Kumar opened fire upon the son of informant which hit him below his right knee and he fell down. Police reached there and his son was carried to Hospital for treatment where fardbeyan of informant was recorded.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66324 of 2018(2) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner, the allegation of firing is against co-accused Gulshan Kumar Chaudhary. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Ariari (Kasar) P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018.
