Mr.Tarkeshwar Nath Thakur ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 25/2024 dated 12.04.2024 registered for the offence punishable u/ss 366, 498 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant has

No.77461 of 2025(2) dt.11-11-2025 2/3 alleged that the petitioner no. 2 after luring his wife (petitioner no. 1) took the informant's daughter along with him with the help of the petitioners. When the informant went to the house of the petitioner no. 2, the accused pesons started abusing him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioner no. 1 is the wife of the informant. The entire allegation levelled against the petitioners is false, baseless and concocted. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Katihar in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 25/2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., with further condition:-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77461 of 2025(2) dt.11-11-2025 3/3 (i). The petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioners are liable to be cancelled.
