2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nagar (Town) P.S. Case No.471 of 2024 dated 10.04.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016/Amendment Act, 2022, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court1, Nawada.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80238 of 2024(2) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
