The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Adampur) P. S. Case No. 604 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 354B, 379, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has executed the sale deed after receiving the consideration amount.

In the written report, it is alleged that informant has purchased the land from the petitioner for a consideration amount of Rs. 11,25,000/- and when he applied for mutation then the same was not done in her favour. The informant learnt

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has executed the sale deed after taking the consideration money. The informant has purchased the land after proper enquiry with regard to the ownership of the land. If the mutation has not been done then civil remedy is available to the informant.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P. S. Case No. 604 of 2017 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
