Petitioners seek bail in Routa P.S. Case No.119 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420, 504, 506, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that in the written report there is specific allegation against co-accused Nawaz Ashraf. Petitioners have been made accused only because they are brothers of aforesaid Nawaz Ashraf. It is further submitted that no any amount has been credited in the account of these petitioners.

Petitioners are in custody since 28.08.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66926 of 2018(2) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 Counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed the prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Purnia, in connection with Routa P.S.
