The challenge in the present writ application is for grant of recognition to the Managing Committee of Madarsa Faizul Ghurba, constituted in the year 2019.

In view of the fact that the tenure of the Managing Committee of Madarsa Faizul Ghurba is for 03 years only, which has already elapsed, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ application stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
