2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15479 of 2021 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner was out of State where he was earning his livelihood due to which the petitioner could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time.

4. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 17.01.2022 passed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79503 of 2023(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 15479 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 10,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority.

5. With these observations, the modification petition is allowed.
