1. It is stated that learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order of cancellation, the petitioner has preferred an appeal and the same is pending before the District Magistrate i.e. Respondent No. 3. Learned counsel has, therefore, prayed this Hon'ble Court to direct the Respondent No. 3 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the Respondent No. 3 may be directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of cancellation in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the the District Magistrate to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of cancellation dated 08.01.2022 passed by the S.D.O., Siwan Sadar, District Siwan as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
