2. The present writ application is being filed on behalf of petitioners for following reliefs:

"i). For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondents police

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2378 of 2024(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 authorities to conclude the investigation in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020, which has been pending since the institution of the case. ii). For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondent police authorities to file chargesheet/ final form in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020 without any further delay."

3. This application is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj to file Chargesheet/Final Form in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020 within three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

4. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
