Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his name was existing as a full Member of PACS in 2019 voters' list but without assigning any reason, his name was deleted from the draft of voters' list of 2024. The objection on the draft voters' list of 2024 was invited and the objection was to be filed from 09.10.2024 to 22.10.2024. Though the petitioner has already filed his objection on 14.10.2024 itself but despite the same, without considering his objection, the final voters' list was published.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with observation that the petitioner may approach the Returning Officer/Block Development Officer, Jehanabad who shall decide the matter as soon as possible, preferably before the last date of nomination process.
