JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 17-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP along with learned counsel for the informant . On the written report of Ram Binay Mahto, father of deceased, Mukesh Kumar aged about 14 years, this case has been registered against unknown with regard to murder of Mukesh who slipped from his house on 05.08.2016 along with Rs. 800/- and, his dead body was found hanging with a tree. There happens to be no eyewitness. At an earlier occasion, nothing was said against the petitioner, however, the informant subsequently, at para-19 had shown suspicion against his uncle as he refused to depose in a case relating to murder of his son, also against the petitioner as well as Pappu Yadav who were of the view that on account of disclosure made by the deceased, his wine stocks were siphoned and on that very score, another

That being so, petitioner, ARJUN YADAV is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri L. N. Tripathi, J.M. 1st Class, Rosera in connection with Bibhutipur PS Case No. 186/2016.
