Petitioner seeks bail in Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.110 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376 and 511 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2018 having clean antecedent. The counter case has been filed by Humaira Khatoon, mother of this petitioner vide Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.11 of 2018 for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of Indian Penal Code.

In the instant case, allegation against the petitioner is that he attempted to outrage the modesty of daughter of the informant when she was going to attend call of nature.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Gopalganj, in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
