2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his representation in respect of illegal mining is pending before the District Magistrate, Jamui since 16.10.2024 but during pendency of this representation the District Mining Development Officer has directed the petitioner to execute the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17387 of 2024(2) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 agreement and commence the work.

3. The District Magistrate, Jamui is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

4. The order of the District Mining Development Officer shall be subject to the final decision of the District Magistrate, Jamui.

5. With these observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
