Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/504 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation that the petitioner assaulted informant's brother with fasuli when he demand his dues money from the accused persons. Victim was brutally injured. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case having no criminal antecedent. In view of the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with direction to surrender and seek regular bail within a period of six weeks from today, which would be disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
