2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . Allegation against these petitioners is that they along with other co-accused persons demanded dowry from the victim and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry they committed torture and ousted the victim from her matrimonial

4. Petitioners are brothers-in-law of the victim. They are separate in mess and property. There is general and omnibus allegation is alleged against them and they have no concern with affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate , Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Complaint Case No. 949 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
