The petitioners seek bail in Budha Colony Police Station Case No 110 of 2018 registered under Sections 457, 380 of Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report. Names of petitioners surfaced in disclosure made by the spy and, thereafter, some of the witnesses disclosed that the petitioners were found wandering around the place of occurrence but it appears that no tangible material has been connected against the petitioners and nothing has been recovered from their possession. Petitioners are in custody since 11.06.2018.

No.72245 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts as also the fact that the petitioners have already remained in jail for more than six months, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XVI, Patna in Buddha Colony Police Station Case No 110 of 2018.
