The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have given knife blow in the stomach of informant, due to which, she sustained injury. Doctor has found mild injury. The occurrence took place due to land dispute between the parties. Informant and petitioner are Fua and Nephew respectively in relation. The F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 8 days without any plausible explanation of delay. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.1156 of 2023(4) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishipur (Gorradih) P.S. Case No. 337 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
