Petitioner seeks bail in Guraru P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2017 in this case.

From para 3 of bail petition it appears that 8 other cases are also pending against the petitioner. As per written report, on 28.12.2015, when the informant, who is a Contractor, reached the under construction site of Kishan Bhawan where he was constructing the building, he found that a pamphlet was pasted on the wall with threat to face dire consequences.

Keeping in view the fact that petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2017, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth, Gaya, in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
