1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondent authorities to pay the salary of the petitioner which was on hold from March, 2023 till the filing of this writ application.

(ii) For directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue her work on the post of Data Entry Operator in A.N.M training school Motihari."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.16907 of 2023(2) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
