2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that all the retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner, however, the petitioner disputes the payment relating to family pension by the Nagar Parishad, Mokama.
3. Considering the fact that all the retiral dues
Patna High Court CWJC No.296 of 2023(4) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 including family pension have been paid to the petitioner, in terms of the service conduct rules as well as the other prevalent circulars adopted by the Nagar Parishad. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the fixation of family pension including any compensation as claimed by the petitioner, the petitioner, if he so desires, may file a detail representation before the Executive Engineer, Nagar Parishad, Mokama, who will decide the grievance of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of this order in accordance with prevalent circulars and rules governing the family pension. The petitioner is also entitled for interest on delay payment of retiral dues under any head till the date of payment.
