It is a case of the prosecution that on 27.03.2023, at about 10 A.M., the minor daughter of the informant, aged about seventeen years, was going to the agricultural land of the informant where he, his wife and father were thrashing mustard crop. When she was crossing the agricultural land of Raj Kumar Sah, the appellant pulled her wearing apparel and committed offence punishable under Section 354(B) of the I.P.C. The victim girl informed the matter to her parents and grandfather. The grandfather went to the house of the said Raj Kumar Sah and inform him that his son committed indecent

They also assaulted his father. As a result of assault, the father of the informant died. The case was registered under Section 354(B)/302 of the I.P.C.
3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant had no role in committing murder of the father of the informant. Practically, P.M. Report which is a part of the supplementary affidavit suggests that no external injury was received by the deceased and he died due to cardio respiratory failure.
4. In view of such circumstances, police submitted charge sheet against the accused persons under Section 304(B) of the I.P.C. It is contended on behalf of the appellant that the appellant had no role in committing offence under Section 304(B) of the I.P.C. For the offence under Section 354(B) of the I.P.C., he is in custody since 13.09.2023.
5. Considering long incarceration of the appellant, I am inclined to release him on bail, let the above-named appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, one of whom must be local surety, of the like amount each to the
