The services of the petitioner was terminated and against the aforesaid order of termination, the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.23053 of 2019 dt.05-02-2020 2/3 has already approached the District Teachers Appellate Tribunal.

With deep grievance, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a Bench of this Court had earlier directed that in the event of the petitioner approaching the District Teachers Appellate Tribunal, the issue would be decided by the Tribunal within a period of three months. Much time has elapsed since then, but no final decision has been taken by the appellate authority. Hence, the present writ petition.

The District Teachers Appellate Tribunal was under an obligation to comply with the orders of this Court in letter and spirit. That not having been done, this Court expresses its displeasure.

The appeal preferred by the petitioner ought to be concluded and a final order be passed within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the authority.
